With only three holdovers in the Top 10 this week, Glassnote’s Mumford & Sons spend a third week at #1, adding an even 100k to a total now approaching 900k.

RCA’s P!nk (#6) and Warner Bros.Muse (#10) are the only other artists remaining on the leader board, which boasts seven newcomers in all.

Leading the charge is Seattle indie hip-hop duo Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, with The Heist, a DIY release going through ADA for distribution, at #2, sporting 74k in sales, followed by UMe’s new KISS album, Monster (#3) the 20th studio recording in the theatrical rockers’ illustrious career.

Lace Up (#4), Bad Boy/Interscope Cleveland hip-hop performer MGK aka Machine Gun Kelly's major label debut, and Columbia’s Barbra Streisand vault collection, Release Me (#5), both bow in the Top 5.

Hundred Handed Inc.’s Coheed and Cambria concept album, The Afterman: Ascension lands at #7, the first of two separate releases, the other coming next year. Interscope’s Ellie Goulding (#8) and HopelessAll Time Low (#9), through Mike HarrisEMI Label Services, are the other Top 10 debuts.

Other Top 50 new entries go to Epic’s The Script (#13), Metal Blade’s Between the Buried & Me (#22), Roc Nation/Atlantic’s iTunes exclusive Jay-Z Live in Brooklyn (#35), UMe’s Rick Springfield (#44), Columbia’s The Wallflowers (#46, one behind daddy Dylan’s Tempest) and Capitol/EMI’s reboot of The BeatlesMagical Mystery Tour (#49).

The week’s top double-digit gainers are Syco/Columbia’s One Direction (#29-20, +20%) and Capitol/EMI’s Now 43 (#33-26, +18%), followed by A&M/Octone’s Maroon 5 (#22-17, +8%) and Fueled by Ramen’s fun. (#24-19, +8%).

Broken Bow’s Jason Aldean is the big release this week, along with 19/Interscope’s Scotty McCreery Christmas album, RCA’s Brandy, Republic’s Anberlin, WB’s Donald Fagen, Williams Street’s Dethklok (from Adult Swim’s animated Metalocalypse series), Mercury Nashville’s Jamey Johnson and A&M/Octone’s K’naan.
