PRAISE YEEZUS!

Remember when we were all about the return of guitar rock, like, a week ago? Well, put that on the back burner, baby. This week we give all praise to hip-hop, which owns the top three spots on our chart.

Yeezus, Kanye West's provocative, adventurous, furiously discussed new Roc-a-Fella/Def Jam/IDJ release, finishes at #1 on our Album Sales Chart this week with 328k. West's 2010 effort, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, streeted with 495k and has moved 1.3 million to date.

Meanwhile, Roc Nation/Columbia's J. Cole exceeded expectations significantly, coming in with 297k for his Born Sinner, and indie rapper Mac Miller (who's graced the pop airwaves lately as a guest on Ariana Grande's hit "The Way") seizes the #3 spot with 101k for his Rostrum/INgrooves set Watching Movies With the Sound Off.

Cole's debut is a new benchmark, surpassing his prior release, 2011's Cole World: The Sideline Story, which bowed with 217k and has sold 687k thus far. Miller's Blue Slide Park (also 2011) launched with 144k and is just shy of 400k to date.

Motown's Kelly Rowland bowed with 65k to take fourth place; her 2011 album Here I Am kicked off with 76k and is now at 247k to date.

As to the returning acts? Last week's chart-toppers Black Sabbath are off 66% with 47k for their Republic reunion set, which is good for #5, while Columbia's helmeted wonders Daft Punk sell another 39k (-18%) to land at #6. Country-pop pair Florida Georgia Line (Republic Nashville) are #8 with 32.44k (-2%), RCA's Justin Timberlake lands a hair behind at #9 with 32.43k (-8%); and KidinaKorner/Interscope's Imagine Dragons round out the Top 10 with 25k (-6%).

Five other debuts appear in this week's Top 20: XL's Sigur Ros (#15; 20.9k); Interscope's OneRepublic (#16; 20.6k); Epitaph's Falling in Reverse (#17; 19k); Republic's Danielle Bradbery/The Voice set (#19; 17k); and Capitol's Empire of the Sun (#20; 15k).

Further down, we find the bow of Hanson's new Anthem (Three Car Garage) at #22 with 14k and Tiesto's Club Life, Vol. 3 (Musical Freedom) at #39 with 8k.
