WMN ELEVATES TWO
2/28/23

Warner Music Nashville has upped Brianna “Bri” Small to Director, digital content strategy & partnerships.

In the newly created post, which spans the interactive, creative, publicity and business development departments to enhance end-to-end marketing campaigns, Small will continue reporting to VP, interactive marketing, Brooke Hardesty.

Additionally, Coordinator of interactive marketing, Claire Russo, will rise to fill Small’s previous role.

“I am thrilled for Bri and for the way this role will serve to further enhance our label’s marketing capabilities and our artists’ reach,” said SVP, strategic marketing & analytics, Torie Mason. She continues, “Claire is a champion for our artists. Her experience, passion and creativity make her the perfect fit to step into this role.”

Prior to joining the WMN team in February 2022, El Paso native Small began her career at NBC Entertainment and spent time at Crowd Surf. Last year, she also worked alongside the corporate DEI team to launch the first-ever Warner Music HBCU Immersion Program.
