“GIDDY UP!” FOR SHANIA TWAIN
1/5/23

Country icon Shania Twain is kicking off 2023 with her latest single, “Giddy Up!”

Following the release of “Waking Up Dreaming” in September, the single serves as Twain’s second offering from her 12-track album, Queen of Me—which arrives on 2/3 as the official debut with her new label partner, Republic Nashville.

“I want people to feel good when they hear the new album. I want to set a celebratory tone and ‘Giddy up!’ is a way to call to the audience and say, ‘let's get ready for some fun,’” said Twain.

The five-time Grammy winner will also embark on her Live Nation-produced Queen of Me Tour in April. The trek, which hits 48 cities across 54 dates throughout North America and Europe, will donate $1 of every ticket sale to benefit the Shania Kids Can foundation.

Additionally, Twain is set to headline Rock the Ocean’s Tortuga Festival, alongside Eric Church and Kenny Chesney, which takes place from 4/14-16 in Fort Lauderdale, Fl.

Fans can pre-save Queen of Me here and grab tickets to the tour here. In the meantime, peep the video for “Giddy Up” below.
