Jay DeMarcus' Red Street Records has expanded with a slew of promotions and new hires, including elevations for Alex Valentine, Kelly Rich and Ron Tabb, and additions in Mike Craft, Andy Elliott, Emily Bermann and Harrison Sokoloff. Pictured above (L-R) Rich, Valentine, Craft.
Valentine has been promoted to General Manager. The biz veteran has spent four decades in radio and record promotion, with previous stints at Big Machine and Sony Nashville, following programming roles for CBS Radio (now Audacy) and others.
After consulting for label, Kelly Rich officially joins the team as COO. Her 30+ years in the biz include leaderships roles at Amazon Music as Head of Country Music and at Big Machine Label Group as SVP of Sales, Marketing and Interactive.
Tabb is also moving from a consultancy with Red Street to a full time role as VP of Artist Development & Marketing in the Christian Division. Along with being an independent consultant for nearly 14 years, Tabb served as Director of Marketing Sony Music/Provident Entertainment.

Mike Craft is being installed as Red Street CFO. Most recently, he spent 5+ years at BMLG as SVP of Finance, having previously held the same position at Sony Nashville.
Andy Elliott joins as SVP of country promotion, most recently serving as RECORDS Nashville's co-head of promotion. Emily Bermann has been added as Director of Field Promotion.
Harrison Sokoloff has been added as Director of Publishing and A&R, reporting to Senior Director of A&R Kelly King.
“I’m so proud of what Red Street Records is already is and what it continues to become,” said Owner/CEO Jay DeMarcus. “We have such an amazing team, and we’re continuing to add the best of the best. Together, I know we’re going to accomplish incredible things.”
The label's current Christian roster includes Avalon Worship, Cade Thompson, Iveth Luna, Jason Crabb and Lauren Camey, and launched Red Street Country earlier this year with Co-Owner/Chairman Dan Crockett.
