LUKE & PEYTON QB CMAS
8/1/22

Luke Bryan will return as co-host of the CMA Awards, being held 11/9, for the second consecutive year. His onstage teammate will be a rookie: former NFL QB Peyton Manning.

“When I was asked if Peyton Manning was someone I would consider co-hosting with I didn’t hesitate,” Bryan said. “We have become great friends through the years and what he brings to the table is gonna make it even more of a blast. I know he’s been to the CMA Awards before, but he’s never been with me. Hey Peyton, I hope you’re ready for the night of your life.”

Bryan announced the news this morning while guest hosting Live with Kelly and Ryan. The 56th annual CMA Awards will be broadcast live from Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena on 11/9 on ABC.

Rob Mills, Walt Disney Television EVP, Unscripted and Alternative Entertainment, said of the two hosts: “Their dynamic chemistry and magnetic friendship is the perfect anchor for this year’s star-studded show. Plus I’ve got an old Colts jersey I hope Peyton will sign.”
