Country-Latin duo Kat & Alex have inked a deal with Sony Music Nashville.
The newly-married pair, made up of American Idol alums Kat and Alex Georgia, released English and Spanish versions of their debut track “How Many Times” late last year and signed a pub deal with Warner Chappell Nashville shortly after.
“Joining the Sony Music Nashville family is truly a dream come true for us,” shared Kat & Alex. “From our very first meeting, this team has shown so much passion and excitement for our music, and we just know that we are going to accomplish amazing things together!”
A fusion of country-soul and Latin roots, The AMG-managed duo are both first-generation American raised. Alex, who grew up in northern Georgia, is the son of Puerto Rican parents and Cuban-American Kat was born and raised in Miami.
