The Academy of Country Music has announced that submissions for the 56th ACM Awards are now open through 1/8.
Categories eligible for submissions include the Main Awards, Radio Awards, Studio Recording Awards and Video of the Year Award. No 2021 Industry Award recipients will be made for the ACMs as eligibility requirements were unable to be met due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Main Awards are voted on by all membership categories, while Studio Recording Awards are voted on by the membership categorized in the Artist/Musician/Producer/Engineer category and the Radio Awards are voted on by the membership categorized in the Radio category.
The submissions eligibility period for the ACMs is 1/1 through 12/31.
Here are key dates for Academy members:
Submissions Period: 12/1-1/8
First Round Voting: 1/19-26
Second Round Voting: 2/10-17
Final Round Voting: 3/17-24
The 56th ACM Awards will broadcast live on Sunday, 4/18 at 8:00pm ET/delayed PT on CBS. Select award categories can be submitted here.
