Pandora recently surprised Big Machine’s Tim McGraw with the Billionaire Plaque to honor his streaming accomplishments. Held via Zoom, the occasion marked the first time in Pandora’s 20-year history that the plaque was presented virtually.

Recognized for amassing 7b+ lifetime spins as one of the Top 25 Most-Streamed artists of all time on the platform, the Grammy-winning artist was presented the plaque by SiriusXM’s Storme Warren during a Tim McGraw Fan Q&A Powered by Pandora and The Highway.

In addition, the country star remains in the 100th percentile of all artists on Pandora with over 12m weekly streams, thanks to tracks like his latest hit “I Called Mama” as well as his forthcoming album, HERE ON EARTH, due 8/21.

“I’ve had 30 years in the music business, and it’s brought me everything good in my life,” said McGraw. “Music is such catharsis to me and has been since I was little boy. To know that maybe, in some little way, my music has been that for someone else, is all any artist really wants.”
