MCA Nashville’s Sam Hunt is set to appear on CBS’ Late Night with Stephen Colbert from home tonight (4/13), where he’ll be performing “Hard To Forget,” his latest Top 15 hit from his recently released sophomore album, SOUTHSIDE.

The 12-track album was written entirely by the multi-platinum selling Hunt and became his second #1 on the Country Albums Chart.

In addition, Hunt’s Southside Summer Tour has officially rescheduled some of its dates. The tour kickoff has been postponed to July for now, with its opening show set for 7/10 in Bangor, Maine, along with 11 more dates subsequently moving.
