The collaborative forces behind "10,000 Hours" (on Espo's Warner Music Nashville), which has earned more first-week streams than any country song in history (75m global streams), gathered for this mesmerizing photo op. Seen pondering musical versions of Malcolm Gladwell's other ideas are (l-r) SB Projects chief/super-manager Scooter Braun, Dan Smyers, Justin Bieber, Shay Mooney and Sandbox boss/super-manager Jason Owen.

"10,000" has earned 25k+ U.S. track equivalents. Dan + Shay, now ranked among the Top 10 streaming country acts of the year, are up for Duo, Album and Single of the Year at the CMAs for their monster "Speechless;" the on-sale for their AEG-backed arena tour, meanwhile, has kicked off with the selling out of Madison Square Garden in less than 90 minutes. The tour begins in March with two nights at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena.
