Chris Stapleton will stage A Concert for Kentucky to benefit his newly created Outlaw State of Kind Hometown Fund at the University of Kentucky’s Kroger Field in Lexington, Ky., on 4/25.
It will be the first concert held at Kroger Field and will feature Stapleton plus Willie Nelson, Sheryl Crow and Yola.
The concert’s net proceeds will go toward the fund established in partnership with the Blue Grass Community Foundation to support local and national organizations directly having an impact on Kentucky. Initial grant distributions will focus on music and arts education.
Tickets go on sale 10/11.
