INDIES: BIG LOUD RECORDS
7/16/19

Big Loud leaders Seth England, Kevin “Chief” Zaruk, Craig Wiseman, Joey Moi and label President Clay Hunnicutt have a monster on their hands with Morgan Wallen’s “Whiskey Glasses,” which is already one of the year’s biggest country songs in terms of streams and spins; it hit #1 at Country radio in June, on the heels of last year’s monster, “Up Down.” The company—Music City’s only truly independent label player—also scored strong showings this year with Chris Lane, Jake Owen and “Rednecker” by the fast-breaking HARDY, who’ll be dropping new music soon, as will Mason Ramsey. This year also saw Big Loud expand its team, bringing aboard Candice Watkins as VP Marketing and upping Lloyd Aur Norman to VP Special Projects/Strategic.
