RCA Nashville/Zone 4's Kane Brown popped by Kimmel yesterday to perform to a packed crowd from the outdoor stage. His set included "Heaven," which is currently Top 25 at Country radio and growing; watch that here. The double-platinum "What Ifs" served as the night's exhilarating encore; click here for a peek.

Brown is still out on Chris Young's Losing Sleep Tour. He's also got Stagecoach in April and Taste of Country and Carolina Country Music Fest in June, with more festivals scheduled throughout the summer.
