Maren Morris is celebrating another #1 at Country radio with "I Could Use a Love Song" (Columbia Nashville), which occasioned this remembrance from her publisher, Big Yellow Dog Music co-owner Carla Wallace:
I took a picture of Maren standing on the Santa Monica pier after writing "My Church," the wind was blowing her hair and she was standing on a star carved into the pier. Such a long journey from that picture to today but I'd say she's standing right where she should be, at number one. Congrats from all of us at Big Yellow Dog Music.
Wallace then expressed the fervent hope that we wouldn't get our grubby mitts on the above photo.
