It seems fair to say that Kane Brown has been one of 2016's most-talked-about country breakouts. After going viral and inking a deal with Sony Nashville at the end of January, the buzz around the RCA Nashville/Zone 4 singer/songwriter has just gotten louder.

Seen celebrating his first gold certification, for single "Used to Love You Sober," in NYC at yesterday's sold-out Gramercy Theater show are RCA Nashville’s Keith Gale, Sony Music Nashville’s Bob Foglia, Sony Music Nashville Chairman and CEO Randy Goodman, Kane Brown, Sony Music Nashville’s Ken Robold, Sony Music Nashville’s Hannah Dudley, manager Martha Earls, Sony Music Nashville’s Caryl Healey, Sony Music Entertainment EVP/GM Sales Darren Stupak.

FYI, "Used to Love You Sober" has garnered a whopping 25m+ streams to date. It and his most recent track, "Ain't No Stopping Us Now," both reached #1 on the iTunes' country chart. He's also accumulated 54m+ audio and video on-demand streams, and he's sold out 45+ markets on his 2015/2016 debut headlining tour. Click here for a list of upcoming tour dates.

Now, can someone get us a damn dictionary, so we can look up the meaning of this word "sober?"
