The third single from Old Dominion's critically acclaimed Meat and Candy (RCA Nashville) is hitting Country radio now, and snagged 59 first-week chart-reporting stations.
The song, entitled "Song for Another Time," follows the platinum-selling and radio chart-topping breakout smash, "Break Up With Him," and sophomore hit "Snapback," which is certified gold and reached #2 at Country radio.
NPR described the third single as “a songbook populated by Neil Diamond and Tom Petty, Van Morrison and John Mellencamp, George Strait and Katy Perry.” At HITS, we've been told we're more like a combo of Willie Nelson, Weird Al Yankovic and that guy in the Hollywood & Highland subway station, who sings in a Superman costume. On the inside, we feel like Cher, though.
