Blue Chair/Columbia Nashville's Kenny Chesney premiered the official video for "Noise"—the first single off his forthcoming album, Some Town Somewhere. Click here to watch, and look for the album to street 7/8.
"Noise"—co-penned Chesney, Shane McAnally, Jon Nite and Ross Copperman—is currently #12 at Country radio.
In an interview with Rolling Stone, Chesney stated, "I was on the phone with Shane McAnally, in my car on the way to a meeting. We were talking about the relentless onslaught of sound, everyone wanting to be heard and this idea of everyone turning it up a little louder than the other person. We have so much thrown at us all at once that we don't really hear anything. It's all so loud that it just becomes white noise in your brain."
That sentiment only rings true if you have a brain, though, so it looks like we're out of the picture.
