Industry vet Tom Osborn has been tapped to join New West Records as VP Marketing, it was announced today. He will be based he Nashville.

Most recently, Osborn oversaw worldwide marketing initiatives at Kobalt Label Services. His career has included periods at Warner Bros., Capitol, Anti-/Epitaph and Vagrant and work with everyone from Fleetwood Mac, Paul Simon, Tom Waits, Nick Cave and Devo to The Flaming Lips, Wilco, The Black Keys, acclaimed songwriters Noel Gallagher and Glen Hansard and more.
