The Lumineers' "Cleopatra" (Dualtone) and Blink 182's "She's Out Of Her Mind" (BMG) both had impressive starts for their new singles this week at Modern Rock. Other winners included Capital Cities' "Vowels" (Capitol), Coin's "Talk Too Much" (Columbia) and Empire Of The Sun's "High And Low" (Capitol).
