Downtown's Cold War Kids gets a 4th week at #1 with their incredible hit "First." The rest of the Top 10 remains the same, a crowded field of hits. Next to crash the Top 10 in the near future will be the Foo Fighters' "Outside" (RCA) and Muse's "Mercy" (Warner Bros.) which is up over 100 spins this week. Chris Cornell's "Nearly Forgot My Broken Heart" (UMe) is up 150 spins and makes a nice move from #29-#25. Andrew McMahon's "High Dive" (Crush) will make its chart debut.
