Def Jam’s YG sees 14 early stations come in on “Sign Language” as Warner’s Majid Jordan closes out 9 more stations this week on “Stars Align” f/Drake (OVO).
We have a new #1 this week as RCA’s Doja Cat climbs to the top of the chart with “Need to Know” (Kemosabe). Columbia sees The Kid LAROI & Justin Bieber’s “Stay” enter the Top 5 while Lil Nas X’s “THAT’S WHAT I WANT” moves inside the Top 30. Look for chart debuts this week from Epic’s BIA with “BESITO” f/G Herbo, Interscope’s Summer Walker with “Ex for a Reason” f/City Girls and Warner’s Anitta with “Faking Love” f/Saweetie.
Warner is at it again, this time with Majid Jordan’s “Stars Align” f/Drake, which picks up 30 stations as this week’s Most Added track. It was followed by Interscope’s Summer Walker with “Ex for a Reason” f/City Girls, which pulls in 24 adds. Epic’s BIA picks up 8 more commitments on “BESITO” f/G Herbo and Warner’s Anitta brings in 6 more adds on “Faking Love” f/Saweetie.
Republic sees Drake’s “Way 2 Sexy” f/Future & Young Thug (OVO/300 Ent.-Epic) hold at #1 for another week as his current single, “Girls Want Girls,” enters the Top 10. Other records gaining momentum inside the Top 10 include RCA’s Doja Cat with “Need to Know” (Kemosabe) and Columbia’s The Kid LAROI & Justin Bieber with “Stay.” Seeing solid gains inside the Top 20 will be Columbia’s Chlöe with “Have Mercy,” RCA’s Latto with “Big Energy” and Warner’s Wale with “Poke it Out” f/J.
