THE BALL STREET JOURNAL

RCA’s Lori G and Inca are poised to finish up the summer strong. They have Latto’s “Put It on Da Floor” (Streamcut) gaining 375 spins this week and coming in at #5. The goal is to hit #1 this week. They also have Chris Brown’s “Summer Too Hot” (Chris Brown Ent.) up 500 spins and holding in the Top 10 at #8. Meanwhile, the momentum continues with Young Nudy's "Peaches & Eggplants," which enjoys its most successful week yet, boasting an additional 225 spins and ascending to #33 this week. Additionally, the impact of Doja Cat’s latest release, "Paint the Town Red" (Kemosabe), has already been felt with an impressive 535 spins within two days. And although it just misses a debut, the track lands at #41 and you can look for it to officially debut inside the Top 25 next week.

Over at Capitol, Dixie is setting herself up for an impending #1 run with Nicki Minaj & Ice Spice’s “Barbie World” w/Aqua (Atlantic-Republic). This track rockets inside the Top 10, thanks to a surge of 770 additional spins. Also, make sure you spend some time with Offset & Cardi B’s “Jealousy” (Motown), as there’s a solid buzz on this one.

Davey Dee and Republic welcome The Weeknd’s “Popular” f/Playboi Carti & Madonna (XO) inside the Top 10, thanks to a triple digit increase of 250 spins. Metro Boomin x NAV x A Boogie Wit da Hoodie’s "Calling" f/Swae Leeholds at #13 this week after picking up 230 more spins. I also keep hearing a Drake album is coming, although there’s no official date set…yet.

Sackheim and Dontay at Epic are firing on all cylinders with Travis Scott x Bad Bunny x The Weeknd’s “K-POP” (Cactus Jack) as it picks up a massive increase of over 1135 spins and moves up 10 spots to #16 this week. This will be headed to the Top 10 in no time. In addition to debuting Mario x Lil Wayne’s “Main One” f/Tyga at #34 this week—which picks up an extra 485 spins—the Epic team debuts Tyla Yahweh’s “SUMMER VIBES” at #35 after securing a triple digit increase of 150 spins. Meanwhile, they’re now impacting BIA’s “MILLIONS” this week, and they also have the rights to Travis Scott f/Drake’s “Melt Down” (Cactus Jack), which has some very impressive buzz behind it. I hope they impact it soon.

Nino Cuccinello and Interscope have DaBaby’s “SHAKE SUMN” perched at #14. It continues to gain momentum and had a very solid 300-spin increase this week. Byron Messia’s “Talibans” moves all the way inside the Top 25 to #22 after securing a 170-spin jump. Nino is impacting Jay Rock’s “Too Fast (Pull Over)” w/Anderson .Paak & Latto (TDE) next week. The track is currently sitting just outside the Top 50 and has a nice buzz developing. Interscope is also impacting That Mexican OT w/Paul Wall & DRODi’s “Johnny Dang,” followed by BAS & J. Cole’s “Passport Bros.” It’s shaping up to be a robust end of the summer for Nino.

And over at Warner, B Dot Scales debuts Saweetie x YG x Tyga’s “BIRTHDAY” (ICY) this week at #36. She picks up 660 spins and is off to the races with this one. In the 11th hour, Warner also decided to impact NLE Choppa’s “It’s Getting Hot.” Scoring 25 adds, the track was well received and is set up to have another strong week.
