Columbia’s Chlöe enters the Top 10 this week with “Have Mercy," as does Def Jam’s Kanye West with “Hurricane” f/The Weeknd & Lil Baby. Showing sizeable increases this week are Warner’s Wale with “Poke it Out” f/J.
