U.K. CHARTS: SWIFT STAYS AT #1

Taylor Swift has a second week at the top of the U.K.’s Official Albums and Singles Charts with Midnights (EMI) and “Anti-Hero.”

The Beatles are #2 at albums today with a super deluxe edition of their 1966 set Revolver (Apple Corps). Michael Ball and Alfie Boe’s Together in Vegas (Decca) opens at #3 and, at #4, producer Fred again…, claims his first U.K. Top 5 with Actual Life 3 (Atlantic).

Elsewhere in the Top 10, Triggered (Earache) from rock band Massive Weapons charts at #6, and Tom Odell’s Best Day of My Life (UROK/mtheory) is his fifth consecutive Top 10 at #7. Foo FightersThe Essential (Roswell) ends the week at #10.

On the U.K.’s Official Singles Chart, Swift’s “Anti-Hero” was streamed more than 7m times this week to retain its spot at #1.

Rihanna’s “Lift Me Up” (Def Jam) is today’s highest new entry at #3—her first Top 5 single in five years.

Lewis Capaldi’s “Forget Me” (Universal) lifts two spots back into the Top 5 at #4, while Oliver Tree and Robin Schulz’s “Miss You” (Atlantic) jumps three to #5. Beyoncé’s “Cuff It” (Columbia) rebounds two to #9, as venbee & goddard. score a new peak with “messy in heaven” (Sony) at #11.
