Ellie Goulding will be honored at BMI’s London Awards in October with the President’s gong, in recognition of her contribution to music, songwriting and philanthropy. Rising talent Tems will also be celebrated.
To date, Goulding has three U.K. #1 albums and nine Top 10 singles. Past honorees include Noel Gallagher, Jay Kay, Adam Levine and P!nk.
Singer, songwriter and producer Tems—signed to Since ’93 and RCA—will receive the BMI Impact Award in celebration of her artistry, creative vision and impact on the future of music.
The ceremony will be held on 10/3 at The Savoy Hotel in London.
