X-RAY EXPANDS WITH AGI
8/4/21

U.K. agency X-ray Touring has extended its JV partnership with The Yucaipa Companies and formed a new strategic alliance with its Artist Group International to expand the two agencies’ respective global footprints.

The deal with Yucaipa continues a relationship that started in 2017. X-ray will remain under the continued control and direction of founding partners Martin Horne, Ian Huffam, Steve Strange and Scott Thomas.

Yucaipa’s Ron Burkle called AGI and X-ray’s leadership and innovation in the industry "unparalleled."

"The synergies between these companies creates even more opportunity for their clients,” he said. “This is a perfect match both culturally and strategically and I look forward watching their collaboration as they continue to grow globally.“

In addition, X-ray has welcomed long-standing agent Josh Javor, who has been with the company since its inception, to its management board.

Amongst X-ray’s roster of more than 400 acts are Coldplay, Eminem, Robbie Williams, Gorillaz, Queens Of The Stone Age, Linkin Park and Phoebe Bridgers.
