“Don’t Stop Me Eatin’” is LadBaby’s third Christmas #1 and with 158,000 sales, it's the fastest-selling single since Artists For Grenfell’s “Bridge Over Troubled Water” in June 2017. Finally, here’s something that sums up the mood in the U.K: cult Essex punk act The K**ts are new at #5 with an expletive-laden protest track about the British prime minister, titled “Boris Johnson is a F**king C**t.”
Over on the U.K.'s Official Albums Chart, McCartney III is McCartney’s first solo chart-topper in 31 years since 1989’s Flowers in the Dirt.
