The BRIT Awards has crowned Fred again.. (aka Fred Gibson) as the youngest-ever recipient of Producer of the Year. The recognition arrives after his productions for Ed Sheeran, Stormzy and Justin Bieber spent 14 weeks at #1 on the U.K. singles chart last year.
The BRIT Award for Producer of the Year has been voted on by a panel of A&R executives drawn from across the recorded music sector, having been previously selected by a judging panel of the Music Producers’ Guild and presented as part of their own awards.
