Cassandra Gracey has joined Sony Music U.K. as President of its newly launched creative division, 4th Floor Creative Group. Gracey joins after 15 years at First Access Entertainment where she was most recently EVP of U.K. and Europe, working closely with Sugababes, Conor Maynard, Iggy Azalea, Rita Ora and the recently departed Ellie Goulding.
4th Floor Creative Group merges the brands, sync, insight, creative and digital departments at Sony Music U.K., offering artists an “all-encompassing perspective in order to accomplish their creative vision in an ever changing and complex digital landscape.”
In her new role, Gracey reports to label CEO Jason Iley, who said: “I’ve always wanted to work with Cassandra, who is a highly respected, dynamic executive and I’m delighted she has agreed to join the management team at Sony Music U.K. Her huge personality, determination and creative vision are a huge asset to our company.”
