SONY/ATV HIGH ON HILL
5/2/17

Sony/ATV U.K. Head of A&R David Ventura (left) and manager Alex Martin of AM Music/Crown Talent Group (right) celebrate signing a worldwide publishing deal for British artist Becky Hill. Since reaching the semi-finals of The Voice in 2012, Hill has established herself as a successful songwriter and featured voice, working alongside Rudimental, Wilkinson, MNEK and Oliver Heldens. She was initially signed as a recording artist to Parlophone, but new solo material will be released independently later this year.

“I have always been in love with Becky’s music—she is a true songwriter and her voice is unique and exceptional,” said Ventura. “We have been trying to work with her for a long time and I can say that we are all thrilled here at Sony/ATV to be part of her adventure. Her new music is fantastic with an international appeal.”
