Drake is #1 on the U.K.’s Official Singles and Albums Chart for a second week, fighting off close competition from Justin Timberlake and Beyoncé. Meanwhile, rules for inclusion in the U.K.’s Official Charts have changed to make albums that are only available on streaming services chart eligible, meaning Kanye’s The Life Of Pablo and Chance the Rapper’s mixtape have a chance at charting on the Queen’s isle. That said, West's TLOP makes its debut at #30 on the Official U.K.’s Albums Chart this week.
