WHAT IT IS: Hailing from San Diego, indie-pop trio almost monday bottle California vibes in their funky basslines, ecstatic choruses and dance-inducing grooves. Consisting of Dawson Daugherty, Cole Clisby and Luke Fabry, the group dropped their 2021 debut EP, don’t say you’re ordinary, which yielded a Top 20 Alt radio hit with “broken people,” while 2021’s til the end of time EP earned them a spot on Alternative Press’ “40 New Artists You Need to Hear.” Having made their festival debut at Lollapalooza, followed by Summerfest, BottleRock and Firefly, almost monday kicked off 2022 with Innings Festival and joined Joywave on tour.
