WHAT IT IS: Following a huge, sold-out world tour in 2018, a Jingle Ball tour and multiple awards, Monsta X have released the second part of their album, Take 2. We Are Here. On that set, lead single and dance song “Alligator” mixes a powerful future pop with a unique hip-hop vibe. The group, which has become one of the biggest social media acts in the world, charted for over a year on the Billboard Social 50, peaking at #4. Their monthly listeners on Spotify grew by 1.5m in March alone, and their “Play It Cool” video with Steve Aoki surpassed 1.5m views in less than 24 hours. As for their latest worldwide tour, that just kicked off in Seoul earlier this month.
