A CHORUS OF PRAISE: IVORS 2024 NOMS
Grammy-nominated producer/songwriter Gregg Wattenberg, who's worked on songs with the likes of Train, Five For Fighting and the Goo Goo Dolls, has launched his own independent publishing company Arcade Songs, with Tom Lee, who also serves as VP A&R (and who previously worked in that capacity at Columbia and Island, developing such acts as Neon Trees and The Gaslight Anthem).
The new pubco has a label partnership with RED/Sony and has worked on the creation of such tracks as Why Don't We's "These Girls" and A Great Big World's "Come On."
They're also celebrating the debut Columbia set from America's Got Talent winner Grace Vanderwaal, due 11/3. Wattenberg and Derek Fuhrmann co-wrote and produced her single "So Much More Than This," while the former co-wrote and produced two other tracks from the album.
Vanderwaal has garnered over 1m Spotify streams in a week and is soon to break iTunes Top 50 Pop singles chart. You can stream her latest single below.
