Ah, summer is winding down. MLB is narrowing in on the pennant races. The NFL is in preseason, and (unless you’re Urban Meyer) the college season starts in a couple weeks. Music plays a big role in the rollout of seasonal promos, and Interscope's Imagine Dragons have already grabbed a big one; look for more announcements soon.

Interscope’s Romano and Lopes are celebrating four weeks at #1 with Maroon 5 f/Cardi B’s “Girls Like You” (222). Can they make it five? Selena Gomez’s “Back to You” is Top 5. Watch for the climb to continue; this week, after posting #1 research, it was a Top 5 spin and audience gainer once again. Juice WRLD’s “Lucid Dreams” (Grade A)—a #1 consumption track—is heading Top 20 with 130+ stations on board. Benny Blanco, Halsey & Khalid’s “Eastside” (Friends Keep Secrets) is now Top 25 with 100m+ Spotify streams and 34m+ YouTube Plays. Ella Mai’s “Boo’d Up” (10 Summers) is #1 Urban and #2 Rhythm, while Top 30 at Pop and climbing with 90+ stations spinning. Zedd & Elley Duhé’s “Happy Now,” which is currently headed Top 30, has pulled in major market adds Hits 1, KMVQ, KYLD and KHKS, just name a few. Imagine Dragons’ “Natural” (KIDinaKORNER) is already Top 30—prior to the official 8/28 impact date—with nearly 90 stations on board. The track will also be featured in ESPN NCAA football promos (Yes, it’s almost that time). Social House f/Lil Yachty’s “Magic in the Hamptons” is ready to chart with some strong major-market airplay from Z100, WODS, KHTS and WBLI.

RCA’s Riccitelli, JR, Daddio and Cooper have Khalid x Normani’s “Love Lies,” which has been streamed more than 500m times, heading toward the top of the chart. The song—once again the Greatest Gainer of the week, with consistent huge Mediabase callout—is currently #3. Kygo f/Miguel’s “Remind Me to Forget” moved Top 15, pulling in WODS, WDZH, WPOI and KLIF this week. Martin Garrix f/Khalid’s chartbound “Ocean” scores eight new adds, including majors WKQI, KHTS and WODS. Childish Gambino’s “Summertime Magic” (Wolf + Rothstein) continues to pull in new call letters, adding to major market support from KAMP, KIIS and Z100.

Hollywood’s Finck, Smith and Ennis have Sabrina Carpenter’s “Almost Love” set to join the Top 25 with 140+ station son board. New this week are KDWB, WHQC and WFHN. Music Choice VP of Programming & Artist Relations Nadine Santo says, “Sabrina is a superstar, and I feel like it’s finally her time to carve out her place in this pop world. Her vocals on ‘Almost Love’ are stronger than ever and are making people pay attention. It’s exciting and refreshing to watch her come into her own.”

Caroline’s Saturn, Halpern and Holman have NF’s “Lie” heading toward the Top 15, as impressive callout posts and big spin increases come in from WDZH, WXSS and WMKS.

Capitol’s Marella, Rainey and Nolletti took the Most Added crown with Marshmello & Bastille’s “Happier” (Joytime Collective/Astralwerks), pulling in 64 stations just a few days after release; this one’s already chartbound. Following continued stellar callout, 5 Seconds of Summer’s “Youngblood”—currently Top 10 and climbing with an almost closed-out panel—makes its way up the chart. Jonas Blue f/Jack & Jack’s “Rise” (Positiva/Virgin EMI) debuted on the chart this week and pulled in WIOQ, WAKS and WFHN.

Columbia’s Team Leipsner has The Chainsmokers f/Emily Warren’s “Side Effects” (Disruptor) headed Top 15. And it was back in the Most Added column this week, thanks to 15 stations, including major markets KLIF, WKST and KMXV. The #2 Most Added song was Calvin Harris & Sam Smith’s “Promises,” which scored 53 adds on impact, including Music Choice, Z100, KIIS and WKSC. PRETTYMUCH’s “Summer on You” (SYCO), meanwhile, scored seven more adds this week and moved closer to the chart.

Def Jam’s Farag and Rothschild put Logic f/Ryan Tedder’s “One Day,” which has already charted, back in the Most Added column, pulling in 16 new stations that include majors WPOW, WBLI, KHTS and WFLZ.

Warner Bros.
Gray, Dyer, Reich and Shih charted Anne-Marie’s “2002” after being one of the Most Added on impact; stations on board include Hits 1, MC Hit List, Z100 and KDIS. Bebe Rexha’s “I’m a Mess” is heading Top 15 with new airplay at KBKS, KKRZ, WDZH and WXSS. Bryce Vine’s “Drew Barrymore” is Top 20 after big increases at WWWQ, WBLI, WZPL and KTFM.

Republic

That one’s Top 5 Shazam U.S., Top 15 iTunes and Top 20 Spotify U.S. Drake’s “In My Feelings” (YMCMB) is Top 5 bound as one of the week’s Greatest Gainers with new increases from Z100, WPLW, WNOW and WXSS. Ariana Grande’s “God Is a Woman”— Top 3 at Spotify globally and Top 10 in the U.S.—joined the Top 15. Tiesto & Dzeko f/Preme & Post Malone’s “Jackie Chan” is heading Top 20 and was one of the Most Added tracks this week, scoring 15 new adds.

And Epic’s Sackheim, Afloarei and Dimig have moved DJ Khaled f/Justin Bieber, Chance the Rapper & Quavo’s “No Brainer” (We The Best) Top 10 this week with big increases from WFLC, WPOW and WRVW.
