Wow. Is it just me or did the Worldwide Wrestling Federation take over the Republican party? Will somebody please just drop the mic? That train is off the tracks. And, on an unrelated note, hats off to Erin Andrews! 55m isn’t nearly enough after what you went through.

Republic’s CW, Spangler & Russell just keep cranking out the hits. Hailee Steinfeld f/DNCE’s “Rock Bottom” was Most Added on impact and took a huge jump this week on both the sales and the airplay charts. James Bay’s “Let It Go,” which was the #1 Most Shazamed Grammy Performance, moves up to #33. Mike Posner’s “I Took a Pill in Ibiza” (Island) is looking to make the Top 10 move, and considering the callout that’s posting, it won’t be long. Taylor Swift’s “New Romantics” (Big Machine) is off to a big start. That one’s this week’s #2 Greatest Gainer and should be Top 20 soon. DNCE’s “Cake by the Ocean” is #6 this week and headed Top 5. Zendaya f/Chris Brown’s “Something New” moves to #27 with help from Z100, KIIS, KKHH and WIOQ. Demi Lovato’s “Stone Cold” (Safehouse/Island/Hollywood) is set to impact on 4/5, and it’s already Top 15 on SNOL. KZHT PD Jeff McCartney says “I hate to be cliché, but ‘Stone Cold’ is a stone cold SMASH! We’ve seen instant reaction!”

DCD2/Island's Fall Out Boy with WWHT PD "Kobe" Fargo and daughter Tia

Epic’s Team Glassman have three records on fire right now; all three are Top 15 at iTunes, Greatest Gainers in airplay this week and in the Top 10 at Shazam. First up, there’s Fifth Harmony’s “Work From Home” (SYCO), which is now Top 25 and there are only a handful of stations left to close. Then there’s Meghan Trainor’s “No,” which debuted at #30 and is already on 176 stations after just a few days, and third is Zara Larsson & MNEK’s “Never Forget You,” which is also all but closed out and now Top 15. Well played.

Def Jam’s Sackheim, Rothschild and Farag have Rihanna f/Drake’s “Work” (Westbury Road/Roc Nation) sitting just outside the Top 10. It was also #1 on the Mediabase Power Playlist. Alessia Cara’s “Wild Things” is off and running up the chart, as it moves Top 25 after last week’s big add week. This week, Cumulus is on the board to keep that momentum going. Justin Bieber’s “Company” (RBMG) is impacting today and already has more than 100 stations spinning, as it debuts at #29 and is the fourth Greatest Gainer.

Capitol’s Rainey, Youngblood & Siciliano have moved Troye Sivan’s “Youth” Top 25 with the help of big spin increases from KMVQ, WZPL and WHBQ, just as the sales and streams on this explode and the video pulls in more than 5m views. Both Duke Dumont’s “Ocean Drive” and Halsey’s “Colors” (Astralwerks) are bubbling just under the chart and looking to move up.

Hollywood’s Finck, Smith and Ennis are lighting things up with Shawn Hook’s “Sound of Your Heart,” which is now Top 30 with Hits 1, Z100, WKSC and KRBE all on board. The track was streamed over 1m times last week, with a total of 21m streams to date.

Global’s Team Palmese have Nathan Sykes f/Ariana Grande’s “Over and Over Again” poised to make the move to Top 30, pulling in new airplay from WRVW, KXXM and KRUF and big rotation increases from WFBC, Hits 1 and WBLI. This one’s ready to take a big jump.

RCA’s Riccitelli, JR, Daddio and Cooper have two of the Greatest Gainers this week with G-Eazy f/Bebe Rexha’s “Me Myself & I,” which moves to #8, and ZAYN’s “Pillowtalk,” which makes the Top 10 move and lands at #9. KYGO f/Parson James’ “Stole the Show” is now Top 30 with tons of major market airplay from the likes of WBMP, KAMP, WKTI and Y100. And on a related note, the sales in New York, Los Angeles, Portland, Las Vegas and San Fran all more than doubled this week. Sia f/Sean Paul’s “Cheap Thrills” (Monkey Puzzle) pulled in new airplay from WODS, KMXV, Music Choice and KYLD, as it gets ready to chart. “Piece by Piece”—the heart-wrenching song by Kelly Clarkson that took a life of its own after her American Idol performance—is now pulling in major market airplay from B96, WXKS, Radio Disney and WNCI, as well as racking up sales, streams and video play. Grace f/G-Eazy’s “You Don’t Own Me” pulled in 14 stations on impact, including Hits 1, KDND, WKQI and WPLW.

Warner Bros.Gray, Dyer, Reich & Shih have 65 Pop stations on Andra Day’s “Rise Up”; those include WNKS, KHTS, WRVW and WWWQ. Lukas Graham’s “7 Years” is now Top 20 and picking up big streaming and sales numbers, as KDWB, KBFF, KLIF and WKQI all come on board.

Columbia’s Leipsner, Borris & Vaughan charted Ruth B’s “Lost Boy” with help from WITH, WZFT, WWMX and WNOW. Rachel Platten’s “Stand By You” is heading Top 20 and has sold 620k+ singles. One Direction’s “History” (SYCO) is now Top 30 with huge sales, streams and video views. Meanwhile, Dillon Francis & KYGO f/James Hersey’s “Coming Over” is chartbound with KYLD, KMVQ, KZON and WQMP all leading the charge.

MUSIC WE LOVE: Jonas Blue f/Dakota’s “Fast Car” (Capitol), Transviolet’s “New Bohemia” (Epic).
