“Having been in the office for a short period of time already, you can really feel the passion and in-depth analysis the team go through with each artist,” Williams said. “I feel this is a great opportunity to continue to learn and grow as a manager and for my roster to be part of such a great company and help build and develop their careers from where they are now.”

Scivier, who has replaced Amanda Playle as GM, was previously the GM of Good Soldier Songs. Charlwood joins as Head of Digital from Global Media and Entertainment, where she managed digital strategy across Classic FM’s album releases and Global’s Enterprise brands.

Closer co-Managing Directors Paul McDonald and Ryan Lofthouse said: “These team additions are crucial to us not only strengthening the next phase of our company’s performance, but also adding to the service we give to all our clients. Each of these individuals will play a crucial role in our artist, writer and producer campaigns going forward, and we are very happy to welcome them all on board. In Luke we feel we have the best young manager in the country."
