GETTING THEIR WINGS

Musical multitasker Billy Mann, who's had a helluva year with his Green & Bloom/Topline pub JV with BMG (and is among the co-writers on P!nk's Grammy-nominated album, among other projects), added another arrow to his quiver last year: he was tapped to oversee Red Bull's publishing division, Red Bull Songs.
