DEPIPPA TO SET SAIL FROM ISLAND
Mike DePippa will exit his position as SVP, Promotion at Island Records at year’s end, at which time he’ll become a hot free agent.
During his tenure at the label, which began in 2017, he was at the forefront of successful radio campaigns for Bishop Briggs, The Killers, Mike Posner and Jack & Jack. Mike also dutifully posed for trade photos with staffers at this publication, and never allowed the humiliation thereof to show on his face.
