U.K. CHARTS: EMINEM'S RULE CONTINUES

Eminem and the Greatest Showman soundtrack have denied independent French act Christine and the Queens a #1 on the U.K.'s Official Albums Chart. Their second album, Chris (Because Music), charts at #3 while Mercury Prize winners Wolf Alice see a 670% sales surge for Visions of a Life (Dirty Hit), which rises to #15.

Eminem has spent a fourth consecutive week at #1 with Kamikaze (Polydor), followed by the Greatest Showman at #2. The second highest new entry behind Christine—who previously peaked at #2 with her debut, Chaleur Humaine—is Slash f/Myles Kennedy with Living the Dream (Roadrunner) at #4.

Suede complete the Top 5 with The Blue Hour (Rhino) at #5, and a Prince demos and rarities album, Piano & A Microphone 1983, enters at #12.

On the Official Singles Chart, Calvin Harris and Sam Smith are also spending a fourth week at #1 with “Promises” (Columbia) finishing 6.5k combined sales ahead of “Eastside” (Virgin EMI) by Benny Blanco, Halsey and Khalid at #2.

Elsewhere in the Top 5, the week's most-streamed song is Kanye West and Lil Pump with “I Love It” (Def Jam), which scored 7.32m listens and holds firm at #3; Marshmello and Bastille's “Happier” (Positiva) climbs one place to reach a new peak at #4.

Jess Glynne's “All I Am” (Atlantic) breaks the Top 10, advancing two slots to #9, while the week's highest new entry is the posthumous collaboration between Lil Peep and XXXTentacion, “Falling Down” (RCA), at #10.

Eminem is new at #13 with “Killshot” and Rita Ora is new at #14 with “Let You Love Me” (Atlantic). Australian singer-songwriter Dean Lewis breaks the Top 20 with “Be Alright” (Island) at #18; Freya Ridings' “Lost Without You” (Good Soldier) reaches a new peak, climbing five to #20.
