UNDERWOOD ANNOUNCES TOUR (AND BABY)

Carrie Underwood will tour from May through October—with July and August off—in support of her Capitol Records Nashville release Cry Pretty coming out 9/19. The 54-date outing will be her first major tour since 2016.

Maddie & Tae and Runaway June are the opening acts on the AEG Presents trek that stops at Staples Center on 9/12/2019, Bridgestone Arena in Nashville on 9/27/2019 and Madison Square Garden on 10/2/2019. Ticket pre-sales begin 8/13. Every ticket purchase comes with a code to redeem for a copy of the album.

In addition to announcing the tour this morning, Underwood also noted that she is pregnant with her second child, hence the delay between the release date and the start of the tour.
