STEVIE'S VEGAS PARTY

With a new album near completion, Stevie Wonder has announced a limited engagement at Las Vegas’ Park Theater at Park MGM in early August.

The Stevie Wonder Song Party: A Celebration of Life, Love & Music will run 8/3-4, 8, 10-11 and goes on sale Monday. Various presales for the Live Nation-promoted show—produced by Wonder Productions, Inc.—start Wednesday and Thursday.

He will also do four shows at The Event Center at Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa in Atlantic City, N.J., 8/25-26, 29-30 and play the MassMutual Center at MGM Springfield in Massachusetts on 9/1.

The announcement follows Wonder’s performance last week in Los Angeles where he spoke of a national tour, the new album and a collaboration with Donald Glover.

Giving a crowd—which included Berry Gordy, Glover and Kelly Rowland—a taste of the upcoming shows, he performed a two-hour set that included “Superstition,” “As If You Read My Mind,” “Master Blaster (Jammin’),” “Superwoman,” “As,” “Golden Lady” and “Living for the City.”
