KINKY BOOTS CASTS PENTATONIX'S MALDONADO

Kirstin Maldonado of Pentatonix will make her Broadway debut in Kinky Boots alongside Jake Shears, lead singer of Scissor Sisters.

The two step into their roles on 1/8 just as Billy Porter is departing the cast after a 15-week run.

Maldonado will play Lauren and Shears takes on the role of Charlie Price through 4/1. J. Harrison Ghee will rejoin the company as Lola replacing Tony-winner Porter.

“Being on Broadway has been my ultimate bucket-list goal since I was eight years old so I'm so excited to join such an incredible cast to share this special story,” Maldonado said.
