ABOUT POST

Republic's Post Malone remains atop the iTunes track chart with his new "rockstar" f/21 Savage, which has been dominating the singles side since its release last week (and outpacing much of the remaining Top 10 by 2-1). The song is also #1 on Apple Music and on Spotify's U.S. and Global Top 50 charts.

As has been noted in this space previously, Post is widely regarded as a strong contender for a Best New Artist Grammy nod. He's also a powerhouse in the streaming space, having racked up stratospheric numbers for prior hits "White Iverson" and "Congratulations," among others. Speaking of streaming, "rockstar" earned a staggering 14m streams over the weekend, and bucked the overall trend by growing each day.

The new single is winning accolades across the board, with everyone from influential blog Pigeons and Planes to hip-hop-loving pop megastar Ed Sheeran singing its praises.
