How seriously should one take the prospect of Scooter Braun running for Governor of California? Well, another prominent contender for the office—former L.A. Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa—just took a shot at him, so that should count for something.
TMZ had reported that several influential Dems were urging super-manager and entrepreneur Braun to run, to which Villaraigosa responded, "Clearly, he knows how to handle a rich kid with a famous hairdo, so if he runs, It'll be fun to watch him [Scooter] take on [fellow candidate] Gavin Newsom in a debate."
Will Scooter actually throw his hat in the ring? Would this mean cabinet posts for Biebs, Ariana, Kanye and Tori Kelly?
Then again, as the old political saying goes, first they ignore you, then they ridicule you, then they fight you, then you win.
