SONG REVENUE CHART: EPIC SCORES WITH FOUR OF TOP 5

Yeah, it’s great to be Luis Fonsi, DJ Khaled or Justin Bieber, but fans who appreciate contests with constant lead changes are finding recent updates of the BuzzAngle-powered Song Revenue Chart about as thrilling as a nil-nil draw (apologies to our British readers).

The biggest move in the upper reaches of the chart is made by 21 Savage’s “Bank Account,” which vaults #11-4—giving red-hot Epic four of the Top 5.

The rest of the high drama is provided by a rock band, of all things, as Imagine Dragons’ intensely hooky “Believer” (KIDinaKORNER/Interscope) climbs three spots to #7, in essence crashing the hip-hop party.

The post-1D story plays out in the next 10, as Louis Tomlinson’s “Back to You” (SYCO/Epic) makes its debut at #14, sandwiched between Liam Payne’s #12 “Strip That Down” (Republic) and Niall Horan’s #19 “Slow Hands” (Capitol).

The other two bows in the top half of the chart are from WB’s Linkin Park, with #16 “In the End” from the 2000 landmark Hybrid Theory, and #21 “Heavy” f/Kiiara from the band’s most recent album, One More Light.

Marketshare splits: UMG 44%, SME 31%, WMG 23, indies 3%. Click here to view the chart. Google “currency converter” to calculate the dollar figures in rubles.
