DJ KHALED RINGS THE BELL... AT NYSE

This morning, the New York Stock Exchange welcomed Get Schooled—a nonprofit organization that directly engages and motivates students to graduate from high school and succeed in college— to promote their 'Keys to Success’ campaign.

On hand to honor and "Bless Up" the occasion was national spokesperson for Get Schooled, music industry mogul DJ Khaled, who was invited to ring the NYSE opening bell.

Khaled brought the real boss along, his son and Executive Producer, Asahd.

Over the course of the school year, Khaled and Get Schooled released seven 'Major Keys' in the form of digital badges, covering topics like financial literacy, health, goal setting and decision-making strategies. It has since received close to 1m page views on the Get Schooled site and students earned more than 20,000 keys in total.

Khaled stopped to chat with CNBC about his involvement with Get Schooled and how he became a social media influencer:
