The forthcoming Columbia soundtrack for Despicable Me 3 (due out 6/23, alongside the animated sequel, and available now for pre-order) is studded with songs by Pharrell Wiliams, whose award-snagging mega-smash "Happy" first came out on the ST for the franchise's previous film. Williams dropped the second track from DM3 today, the ballad "There's Something Special."
The song follows "Yellow Light," for which a video was released last week (viewable below). In addition to eight Williams tracks (one featuring South Park co-creator Trey Parker), DM3 also boasts classic hits by Michael Jackson, Madonna, a-ha and Nena, as well as several cuts credited to an up-and-coming group known as The Minons.
