Four tracks from Halsey’s new Astralwerks album lead off Spotify’s New Music Friday playlist, which this week is packed with new music from heavy-hitter rock acts, including Arcade Fire, Foo Fighters, The War on Drugs, Dan Auerbach, alt-j, Liam Gallagher, Phoenix and an Elton John-Jack White collab.
